Professors Ajit Dayanandan and Han Donker Receive Recognition

College of Business and Public Policy Professors Ajit Dayanandan and Han Donker published a research paper with Sapan Patniak, entitled “ERP system implementation announcements: Does the market cheer or jeer the adopters and vendors?” in the International Journal of Accounting and Information Management (IJAIM). Their paper was chosen as a Highly Commended Paper and the editorial team of Emerald Insight stated that this paper was one of the most impressive pieces of work the team has seen throughout 2014.

Earn Your Real Estate License…and College Credit?

Over the summer, BA A306 Real Estate Principles was approved by the AK Real Estate Commission to become an accredited “Pre-licensing Education” course. Now, students can learn about the real estate industry, earn college credit, and upon completion of this course have met the education requirements needed for an Alaska Real Estate Salesperson License.

CBPP Students and Professors Share Their Experience in China

College of Business and Public Policy Professor Dr. Qiujie (Angie) Zheng and students Wesley Early, and Jacob Haworth took many photographs during their trip to China this summer. Accounting student Jacob Haworth has compiled some of these photos along with experiences of fellow travelers into a photo book and has generously decided to share the project with all of us.
