KTVA reports on CBPP's Alaska Native Business Management Minor
A 400-level course on Native corporation business management, was an eye-opener for Connie Beemer, who is pursuing her MBA at UAA. “It’s the best class I’ve ever taken,” said Beemer, who is a shareholder at village corporation Shee Atika in Sitka and regional corporation Sealaska.

CBPP Leadership Fellows Juniors Build Their Public Speaking Skill with a Little Help
CBPP’s Leadership Fellows Juniors competitively and eloquently demonstrated their public speaking skills to a panel of six judges on March 7th. The idea for the event stemmed from a conversation Clark Middle School’s Principal Williams had with CBPP’s Faculty Director of the Leadership Fellows Program, Dr. Terry Nelson, during the development of the junior program.

CBPP's Industrious MBA Student, Jason Smith, Starts a ‘Homegrown’ Business
MBA Student Jason Smith has been featured in an ADN article. Jason is starting his own business, which started on paper here at CBPP. His business proposal took second place in the Alaska Business Plan Competition and now looks to come to fruition.
