Dr. Christina McDowell is the co-editor of the recently published book entitled, "Integrated Marketing Communication: Creating Spaces for Engagement," which explores how Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) can open up spaces for engagement in our classrooms and our communities.

Leadership Fellows Mentor Interview - 10/31/2016

The College of Business and Public Policy's Leadership Fellows Program pairs high-performing CBPP students with a mentor in the Anchorage business community, giving students the opportunity to learn about real-world leadership from local business leaders. This year’s cohort includes 21 CBPP students, called protégés, and their mentors. To begin the program, each protégé interviewed their new mentor, and every week, we will feature one of these interviews with the mentors, who share their thoughts on leadership. This week’s featured protégé/mentor pairing is Katie Dillbeck, and her mentor, Scott Jepsen.

College of Business and Public Policy Alumna Beth Stuart is managing partner of KPMG’s Alaska office, helming a 50-person crew that offers audit, tax and advisory services across the state. Thanks to her career success—achieving a management position with an international company, all from her hometown in Alaska—and her continued dedication to current students, Beth received the Alumni of Distinction Alumni of Achievement award at the Green & Gold Gala on Oct. 1.
