Cognitive load is known to impact economic decision making. The results of Dr. Deck's research show that different load manipulations on average move behavior in the exact same direction. Further, the evidence shows that the impact on an individual subject is consistent across techniques and tasks.

Sharon Guenter Lind Elected Aleut Corporation Chairman of the Board
Sharon Guenter Lind, Term Assistant Professor for the University of Alaska Anchorage College of Business and Public Policy, was reelected to the board of directors of the Aleut Corporation on Saturday, October 13 at their 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Lind was also elected Chairman of the Board of the Aleut Corporation on Monday, October 15. The Aleut Corporation is one of the twelve Alaska Native regional corporations within the State of Alaska.
