The Accounting Club is one of the university’s longest running clubs on campus. It’s been active for 20-plus years and is one of the most established and well connected of UAA’s student clubs. The Accounting Club network has helped launch the careers of hundreds of CBPP accounting students over the years, across the state and beyond.

Sharon Guenter Lind, Term Assistant Professor for the University of Alaska Anchorage College of Business and Public Policy, was reelected to the board of directors of the Aleut Corporation on Saturday, October 13 at their 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Lind was also elected Chairman of the Board of the Aleut Corporation on Monday, October 15. The Aleut Corporation is one of the twelve Alaska Native regional corporations within the State of Alaska.
