Zhi (Vicky) Tao

Biography

Dr. Tao’s teaching experience includes two broad areas: operations and supply chain management; business analytics and decision modeling. Dr. Tao’s research covers a wide range of topics including lead time reduction in operations management, sustainability in supply chain management, and business analytical modeling applications across business disciplines. She teaches undergraduate logistics and supply chain management courses and graduate logistics and supply chain management courses for GSCM programs and MBA at UAA. Before joining UAA, Dr. Tao was a faculty member at Purdue University, University of North Texas and other institutions.
