Kelcie Ralph from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University explored if children suffer long-term consequences when they grow up without a car? To answer that question, Kelcie used propensity score matching and longitudinal data from the Panel Study of Income Dynamics.
