Professor Frank Jeffries Discusses Gender Issues in Negotiation

Professor Frank Jeffries and Michelle Bergquist of Women Lead Radio will have a candid discussion on gender issues. Frank has conducted research on gender issues in negotiation. He shares historical reasons why women continue to find challenges to succeed. They will discuss the findings of his research and how women can use this knowledge to leverage a woman’s innate strengths and abilities to advance in the workplace.
