Join us for an "Introduction to Alaska Natives"
Friday, September 16th from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. at UAA's Rasmuson Hall, room 101. This event is free and open to the public.Speakers will include UAA College of Business and Public Policy Distinguished visiting faculty William Iggiagruk "Willie" Hensley, author of "Fifty Miles from Tomorrow"; Emil Notti, first President of Alaska Federation of Natives (AFN); Liz Medicine Crow, President of First Alaskans Institute (FAI); and UAA Professor of History Paul Dunscomb. The event will be moderated by Dr. Rashmi Prasad, Dean of the College of Business and Public Policy.
Refreshments will be served at 6:00 p.m.
