Sharon Guenter Lind, Term Assistant Professor for the University of Alaska Anchorage College of Business and Public Policy, was reelected to the board of directors of the Aleut Corporation on Saturday, October 13 at their 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Lind was also elected Chairman of the Board of the Aleut Corporation on Monday, October 15. The Aleut Corporation is one of the twelve Alaska Native regional corporations within the State of Alaska.

Mr. Brown is a registered patent attorney with substantial experience in patent prosecution and litigation. His practice encompasses patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation; patent prosecution; client counseling; and opinion work. At Ballard Sphar he leads the Electrical, Software and Communications Technologies team in the firm's Patent Group and is a member of the IP Litigation Team.
