Nine CBPP students and their professors, Angie Zheng and Paul Johnson are in China for the class "Globalization and China Economy and Business". The course is a three-credit economics upper division elective. During their trip the students will be writing home, this is the latest postcard.

In 2009 Shang and Croson found that providing information about the donation decisions of others can have a positive impact on individual donations to public radio. In this study, CBPP Professor James Murphy along with Nomin Batmunkh, Ben Nilsson, and Samantha Ray, attempted to replicate their results.

Word is spreading, in addition to Green & Gold's article, the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) has highlighted the nation-wide Justice for Fraud Victims Project. CBPP's Justice for Fraud Victims Project benefits law enforcement agencies with large caseloads and limited resources, allowing those agencies to take on cases that otherwise wouldn’t be investigated, without increasing their costs.

Congratulations go out to the College of Business and Public Policy's Dr. Angie Zheng (Economics and Public Policy Dept.) and Dr. Yonggang Lu (Information and Decision Sciences Dept.) who were awarded a 2015 Innovate Award for their proposal "Consumer Preference and Market Potentials for Alaska Salmon in China".
